Return and Refund Policy

Returns

The Prairie Trader offers a 14-day return window, per standard eBay options. Shipping for returns must be paid for by the returning buyer, though.

Refunds

The Prairie Trader reserves the right to issue partial or full refunds in cases where items are severely damaged or destroyed in transit. Photo proof will be required with the refund request. The Customer has 3 days following the confirmation of delivery to request a refund. The refund decision will be made by The Prairie Trader alone, and that decision is final.
